It all begins with an idea.
+ Are all signs hand painted or do you use vinyl or print?
All of our signs are created using heat transfer vinyl (HTV)
+ How much does a sign cost?
Price depends on many factors, such as material used, size, amount of text, shape and other customisation such as an illustration.
+ Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes we do. Shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Products are available for pickup from our Perth studio (Tapping, NOR) or can be delivered for an extra charge.
+ How do I hang my sign?
There is an option to add gold or silver eyelets to the signs so that you can hang them on a frame/stand.
+ Can I choose the font wording and design of the sign?
Absolutely. Every sign is unique and is designed to match your vibe, your personality and the overall feel of the event. You will have the option to customise your design using a website called Corjl.
+ How long will it take to create my sign?
Please allow around 1-2 weeks from the time of confirming the design. Once payment is received, you will receive a template link or we will commence designing your sign and send you a digital proof of the artwork. Once approved, we start creating the sign. Depending on our workload, we can accept rushed orders for an extra charge.
+ Do you offer packages?

+What if there’s a mistake on my order when it arrives?
Before anything is printed, you’ll receive digital proofs to review and approve. This is your chance to carefully check every detail (spelling, dates, names, and layout) as your approval means we're good to send to print.
If you do notice an issue, email Grace at eventii.au@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If the error was on our end, we will correct this it at no cost or refund the total cost if preferred. If the error was approved in your final proof, fees will apply for the re-design, re-printing and re-shipping of your new order.
+Do I need to iron the sign?
Our fabric signs are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
Although they are carefully ironed and folded prior to shipping out, please understand that creasing will occur and your sign will need to be ironed or steamed prior to your event. Ironing instructions are included with all orders.
