Delivery

Standard stock items are shipped within 5 business days.

For custom orders such as signs, your shipping date will be confirmed prior to order approval.

For personalised items like name tags, please allow 10 business days for production, plus additional time for shipping.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post for reliable delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital downloads

Your files will be sent via email once payment is confirmed.

Returns & exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind for custom products. However, we’re happy to help with refunds or replacements if your item arrives faulty. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product if there is an issue.

Cancellations

Cancellations: not accepted

A non-refundable deposit on all new orders which covers design time.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Custom Order Photos

We may post photos of custom orders on our website or social media platforms (such as Instagram or Facebook) as part of our portfolio or for promotional purposes.

However, we will not share photos of custom items intended as gifts or surprises, or any item prior to the event date, in order to respect your privacy and maintain the surprise.

Privacy policy

We value your trust and will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information with any third parties. Your contact and purchase details are used solely for order fulfillment, communication regarding your order, and shop-related updates (if you opt in).
